Garnish the cakes or tarts with whipped cream or meringue!
Prepare a strong whipped cream with at least 30% fat and vanilla sugar or opt for the liquid cream that you beat until it becomes very stiff.
For a perfect meringue, separate the egg whites from the yolks. You will get a fluffy and firm foam by beating the egg whites with sugar and a pinch of salt with a high-performance mixer. For each egg white, add 60 grams of sugar. For a perfect shine, add a few drops of lemon juice.
To create a unique design, you can add synthetic or natural food coloring. Divide the cream or meringue into several bowls and add a different food coloring to each side, then pour the mixture into the bag.
Put all the colors in the bag without mixing them. Delimit each color with an imaginary line. If the colors intertwine, don't worry, the look will still be unique. Once all the colors are in the bag, you can start decorating your favorite cake.
